Unauthenticated User - Website Block

This applies only to schools on Lourdes Broadband.

If you have attempted to access a website that is normal available to you, and have had a block page similar to below - the good news is that the website is unlikely to be blocked.

The key to identify if this is the case is if an IP address is visible as below where it says 'Logged in user' 

It is more likely the script to identify the logged on user to our filter has stopped working, and so for safeguarding - if the system cannot identify who is logged on - it goes to the most secure filtering which is Students.

A restart of your PC or device will solve this issue as it will restart the script.
