Make a claim on your insurance

Your device is covered for accidental damage, loss and theft, subject to the policy provided by our insurers.

You must report and repair the device during the contribution scheme. You can log a claim in one of the following ways.

• If you would prefer to place a claim over the phone, please call CPU on 0345 872 2156 and select option 1. 
• You can also complete your claim using the CPU app.
• Or you may complete the form here: https://www.cpu.co.uk/cint/mobilelearning/claim.asp 

Please note, that your first claim has no excess, but subsequent claims will be charged with a £50 excess.
