How to access a shared file

There are two ways to access a shared file. 

You can click the link you've received in your inbox, which will open the file in a web browser so you can view, edit or download the file.

Or you can login to Office 365 through a web browser and click on the OneDrive link. Once there please click the link 'Shared with me' to be presented with a list of shared files
