Firstly this only works with the desktop Outlook app, the one that looks like the below:
Ignore the black censoring, I have hidden information relevant to only me.
Firstly, create a new folder in your email inbox, to do this, right-click on Inbox, and click "New Folder" name this something like Teams Chats.
Click on the folder
Next click on File>
Open and Export > then Import/Export
Select Import from another program or file and click next
Now click Outlook Data File (.pst)
Click on browse, and then find the file and click open
Now make sure "Replace Duplicates with items imported" is ticked and then click next
Make sure "Import items into the current folder is selected and then click finish. Navigate to the folder on the left side and then click on the folder and then Teams Chats.
You should now be able to view the teams' chats for users.
