To create a meeting link you can share with parents - and allow the staff member to admin users and kick users out, follow the steps below:
- Open up Outlook
- Click on Calendars
- Click on New Teams Meeting
- The link for the meeting will be saved in the meeting body
- You can share this with others, simply copy and paste the link.
- If you wish to send via text message, right click on the Join Microsoft Teams text, and choose copy hyperlink
