How to invite external users to a teams meeting

Schedule a meeting

Open Teams

Open Teams

Click Calendar on left hand side

Click Calendar on left hand side

Top right, click meet now

Top right, click New meeting

Enter emails, or if external, click the link icon and it will copy meeting info to clipboard, you can paste this into an email:

Add attendees as you would an email

Join Microsoft Teams Meeting 

Local numbers | Reset PIN | Learn more about Teams 

 

Users click the link they have in the email
