Once you have created from Parents Evening, from Config select MyChildAtSchool and Parents Evening.
Complete the information:
- Choose whether it will be Enabled or not. Enabled will display the Parents Evening on the Parent Portal. Note, unlike other config this will not display as a Widget on the Dashboard, it will be in the menu to the left.
- Tick the Teacher tick box to display the available sessions by Teacher Name or Subject. A Teacher may have multiple Subjects and there will be one session per Teacher covering all the Subjects.
- Ticking the Allow Parent/Teacher Communication tick box will allow the MCAS User to send a message directly to the Teacher.
When you’re finished, click Save.
