How to check iCloud Backups on Mac

Firstly go to the Apple logo at the top left hand corner of your screen, Go down to System Preferences.

Once in System Preferences go down to iCloud.

Then once in iCloud go to Manage, down the bottom right hand corner of the window.

Once you are within Manage you can scroll down the left hand side and go down to Backups.

In Backups you should see all the backups that have been done previously.

If your device hasn't been backed up, you should see a backup button at the bottom of the box.

We prefer you to have all your documents stored on the iCloud, by saving them to iCloud you can access them for home or school.
