- Firstly log in to the Teams App with your email address and password.
- Then click on your initials or photo in the top right hand corner.
- Then go down to Check for updates. Checking for updates will happen in the background while you work.
Sometimes, teams will ask you to Refresh now in order to do an update. By pressing the Refresh now words it will reload the teams app and automatically log you in.
- It will then show you this message at the top of teams.
This message will also appear if your Teams is already up to date.
