This is the default date format when exporting from SIMS:
Most online resources and exams require a different format, normally the generic ones are DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY
1. Highlight all your DOB column:
2. Right click anywhere in the grey highlighted area, and click Format Cells... Choose Date and the type of Format:
3. The cells won't change automatically, the last thing we need to do is highlight the DOB column again, go to Data on the top menu and click on Text to Columns and click Finish
