The SIMS Spring 2019 release is an essential upgrade in order to run the Summer 2019 census (England). In addition to the census, the release contains several enhancements to:
- Delete Staff Routine
- CTF Import Contact Matching Criteria
- Delete Unlinked Persons: These may be applicants, agents, pupils or other individuals whose historical personal data should no longer be retained in line with GDPR guidelines
- Bulk Deletion of Pupil/Students Routine: The ability to delete all pupil data has been added to the Bulk Delete Student Data routine.
- Behaviour Management: It is now possible to link notes and documents to a behaviour incident via the Behaviour Incident Notes/Documents panel.
The update will be available for Lourdes IT to deploy from 22nd March 2019 - throughout the next two weeks we will deploying the upgrade to supported schools
