Opening Email Attachments in Office365 Webmail

At some sites, when opening emails via webmail, attachments can only be downloaded to your OneDrive, and not your PC. This is for data security and GDPR.

To access your attachment:

NB: Word/Excel and Powerpoint documents can be previewed, PDFs and other attachments cannot, for the other attachments, or to edit an attachment please follow the instructions below.

1. Click on the arrow next to the attachment, and select Save to OneDrive
2. 
3. Click the blue square at the top left of the page, and select OneDrive
4. 
5. Click the folder called attachments
6. Locate your attachment and click to view.
