If you are running out of space in your Inbox one of the easiest ways to free up some space is to empty your Deleted Items folder, permanently deleting these items and freeing up the space taken up by them in your Inbox.
Right Click on Deleted Items.
Select Empty Folder.
To permanently delete everything in your Deleted Items Folder select Yes.
