How to Reset a student’s password

On the desktop, click on: Reset Student Passwords shortcut:
Type in the username of the student in the Username section so for example, 23JoeBloggs:

You will notice that as you start typing in their username it will auto-complete this for you, and will highlight the rest of the name, to auto-complete this press tab.
Tick Reset password and Unlock account:

Type in the new password for the student in the reset password box. You can also tick the “Must change password at next logon”.
Then click “Reset Account”
