Due to technicial restrictions, a couple of secondary schools have experienced troubles when trying to connect to to the webinar. For that reason we have created an alternative method that does work around the restrictions.
Required for St Augustine's, St Benedict's, St Bede's and Trinity High
Within your Staff Share is a file called GoToMeeting Opener. Double click to open.
Once opened you will see the screen "Here's how you will appear in the meeting".
You can close this screen as this point. You may need to confirm you are leaving.
At this point you should be able to join the meeting using the link you have been emailed.
If you are still having troubles, please contact your on-site Lourdes IT Technician or contact Jon Watts on the Helpdesk.
