Security is something we take very seriously at Lourdes IT, we have access to a wide range of sensitive data, and the security of our systems and therefore the safety of our users in always in our mind.


If you contact us for support, or register for an account, we will need proof you are who you say you are.



How we can verify your identityIf you can't verify your identity
StaffIf you have an account setup, and your registered email is your school email account and you login to your account or email us from the email addressOn registration, you can set a PassPhrase we can verify.

We can also call your school.
Parents and StudentsUsing your child's registered school email account to request support
Verifying key information about your child
We can contact the school, and request contact details to contact you back on.


If we cannot verify your identity

We will not be able to provide support that would grant you access to data. We can provide generic assistance to allow you to provide proof that we need to support you.


Please do not confront our staff, especially if you feel they should know you or recognise your voice. They must follow procedure to ensure that we are safeguarding staff and students.
