Restarting Papercut Printing Client (North Bromsgrove High)

If you click print and you do not get the usual confirmation box that says how much the print will cost and which account to apply the cost to it is likely that the print client needs to be started on your machine.


To start the client and get printing working again do the following:


1. Click the Start button at the bottom left of the screen

2. Start typing print into the keyboard and an option for Papercut client will display.

3. Click this to start the client. A small green P should appear in the bottom right corner in the taskbar.

4. Try to print again. If you are still having issues please submit a ticket to our helpdesk.
