When the fire alarm goes off, you will need an evacuation register to ensure everyone is accounted for. Arbor provides this functionality which this article shall go through.
Please ensure you have the right permissions to do this. It is important to test this functionality as soon as possible to ensure that it will work when you need it. It is recommended that a staff member in the office, opens the Daily Attendance screen so that the emergency evacuation register can be printed.
Go to Students -> Attendance -> Daily Attendance from the top Arbor menu
This will then bring you onto the attendance screen.
You can then select the button in the top right "Emergency Evacuation Register". This will begin a download of printable registers for you.
Open the download and you can select print.
