The Reports Icon should be visible by all but the most restricted user. Chances are that you menu bar on the left looks rather cramped. See image at bottom of the screen for full image but the bottom of the Menu Bar will look like this:
The Reports icon is there but you are using the software on a small screen or the resolution is making things larger than normal. There is a simple solution though.
BromCom is web based so you can change the zoom level of your browser. The zoom level will not impact other sites or Windows applications.
Edge and Chrome:
Click on the three dots in the top right corner. In the drop down menu you will have Zoom.
Just a change to 90% would be enough to see the missing icon.
