Deleting multiple emails on Outlook / Office 365

This guide will be based upon the Web version of Outlook, but you can use the same methods to delete Multiple emails in the Desktop version also.

To delete multiple emails in Outlook or Office 365, you must first login.

Once you have logged in and successfully navigated to Outlook, you will see this screen:

To delete multiple emails, you can use the check boxes on each email to select multiple at once:

Once selected, to delete them simply click the delete button on the top bar:
