How to make a form or quiz using Microsoft Forms

Log into Office 365, by using this link: Office 365 login

Once logged in, click onto the Forms app:

Once you have finished your form or quiz and ready to share it,you will see the Share button at the top

You have the option to only allow people in your organisation to respond, or anyone. If you choose only people in your organisation, they will need to log into Office 365 with their school account

Press the copy button, this link can then be distributed to the people you wish to respond
